The Power of Our Plate: An Introduction to Whole Foods

A 2 hour class to kick off healthier habits, and most importantly, educate as to why healthy living is important and necessary. Being "healthy" isn't just for a select few with enormous amounts of discipline, it's for me and for you! We just need to know where to start. This Food for Life class kicks a lifestyle change into gear with personal mentoring in your own kitchen!

If you're wondering why you're still suffering from fatigue, excess weight, joint pain or any other host of health problems, this is the class for you! This is an ideal starting point to launch you to healthier horizons, and change your food preferences for good!

Pricing as follows: $140 in-home class session. Up to 4 people. Additional attendees +$20 per person. Must have dates and number of attendees finalized 7 days in advance with payment confirmed. To schedule, send email request with class preference, and your availability for dates and times to and we'll get it on the calendar! Please give notice for any food allergies as well. A list of Hosting Necessities and Menu Plan specific to your class request will also be sent to you. We can't wait to get cooking together!
