Sarah Tranter, RN

Hi! I'm Sarah Tranter, a Registered Nurse, just trying to save the planet one heart attack at a time. My passion for nutrition education stems from seeing too many patients become victims to ignorance and poor health. With an extensive background as an Interventional Pulmonolgy, ICU, and ER nurse, I have seen chronic disease wreak havoc on young and old alike. Cancer, diabetes, arterial disease--they don't have to be your future! NO MATTER YOUR GENES. There is a vast amount of research and evidence available to show how to minimize the risk of chronic debilitating disease, but it is not readily available to the general public, YET. My biggest DREAMS are of making this life-saving information public knowledge, and helping people put it into practice, on individual AND global levels. When we know more, we do better. Let's support each other in our journeys to gain optimal health, happiness and vitality!

(And it's pretty awesome that we'll save the planet in the process too.)

I'm also a mama, and understand that getting the family (read: picky toddlers, moody teenagers, carnivore-loving husbands) on board can be a trick! I've been there. And now, from the other side, I want to share all my tips, tricks, and inspiration with you! It's possible to change anybody's taste buds. And it's worth it.
