Sarah Tranter is a Registered Nurse, who is trying to save the planet one heart attack at a time. Her passion for nutrition education stems from seeing too many patients become victims to ignorance and poor health. There is a vast amount of research and evidence available to show how to minimize the risk of chronic debilitating disease, but it is not readily available to the general public, YET. Her biggest DREAMS are of making this life-saving information public knowledge, and helping people put it into practice, on individual AND global levels. When we know more, we do better.
